Responsibilities
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Experience working on complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases
- Ability to draft pleadings and attend hearings in guardianship litigation matters
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration
- Knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes
- Demonstrated ability to draft both basic and complex estate planning documents
- Experience representing fiduciaries in estate and trust administration
- Charitable estate planning background, including private foundations and charitable trusts
- Proficiency in leveraging AI for estate planning practice
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
