Law Firm Office Administrator – New Opportunity in Columbus
Roetzel & Andress is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join its Columbus, OH office. As a reputable mid-sized regional law firm with offices in Ohio, Florida, and Chicago, Roetzel offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, along with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
This role will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and collaborate closely with the Shareholder-In-Charge of the Columbus office. The Office Administrator will also provide support to the Cincinnati office, which requires travel once or twice per month. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, implement firm policies and procedures, coordinate workflow, and partner with the Firm’s administrative and management teams to develop and execute key initiatives.
Applicants must possess strong HR and management expertise, outstanding oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, thorough knowledge of legal practices, and proven capability to engage effectively with employees at all levels while fostering a positive work environment.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside a minimum of five years' management or supervisory experience within a law firm or in-house legal department. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Candidates must currently reside in the Columbus area.
